We are 30 Weeks Old!
My favorite part of giving baths is to see the boys all wrapped up in their towels right at the end! They look so peaceful and happy! Actually, it is my second favorite; my favorite part it to see their cute baby butts!
Both boys are doing great with pivoting on their tummies and inching around to grab things they want. Gavin is getting really close to crawling! Last night while I was changing Graysen, Mike yelled, "Al, he is crawling!" I grabbed Graysen off the changing table (no diaper) and ran to the living room in just enough time to see Gavin lay down on his tummy! Mike gave us the replay, "He was up on all fours and rocking back and forth!" Just as he finished his sentence, Graysen let out a loud toot, right on my arm! I guess he wanted some attention too!
This time they were content with their own toy, but it seems no matter who has what, they both want what the other has!
This week the lovely sounds of squealing by Graysen and making himself cough by Gavin have been filing our home! They love to hear themselves and make each other laugh with their sounds. Somehow we have gotten use to the squealing, but the coughing sound makes our hearts skip a beat every time!!!! I keep telling Gavin that sound scares us, but he just smiles and does it again!!!!!!
Eating food is going well, most of the time! We tried sweet peas yesterday and although Graysen enjoyed them, Gavin did not! We are slowing making our way through vegetables! We also tried a wheat cereal that they both loved! I think the boys can't wait for fruits, but we are holding off as long as possible!!!
