20 Months!

Wow! Have we been busy! There are lots of pictures below, sorry for the overload, but we have been out and about and wanted to share our adventures! The theme for the boys this month seemed to be push it and if they couldn't push it, they would climb it! In fact, when Mama was making lunch, the boys seemed a little too quite so I went in to check on them and they were both standing on top of the changing table, smearing Vaseline all over their mirror. They were so proud of themselves and didn't understand why Mama wasn't as excited as they were!!
We are also very excited to let you know Graysen finally said MAMA!!!

One of our friends from MOMS Club told us about a fun activity at the Johnson County Museum, we loved it and can't wait to go back! It is a small town with all kinds of activities for kids, we had a blast! Gavin loved the car area!

Graysen played music for this man forever! I finally had to move him to another toy!

At first we were scared of this cow and would only MOO at it, but we finally warmed up to it and couldn't stop petting him!

Graysen and the cow

This tractor was the main attraction! I wish we could have taken it home!
We spent 90% of our time on the tractor!

This is part of the display, not the kids area, but Graysen kept running back to it and yelling LAWN MOWER!

Gavin wasn't sure what to think about the hospital area!

When Graysen wasn't on the tractor or with the lawn mower, he was looking at this car!
He LOVED it!

In the museum, the also have an area with soft toys for little ones. We started our day in this area and it was hard to get the boys to leave!

Gavin is showing off the magnets he loved!

Graysen loved rolling this ball in the tunnel

We spent a lot of time exploring outside and it made me realize we need a fence! The boys love to explore and spend lots of time in our neighbors yards!

Gavin exploring a fountain in our neighbors yard!
This provides lots of fun and a need for dry clothes!

These boxes were fun to push and climb!

Grammy & Poppy came to visit and brought us some fun toys!
Now we can be like Mama & Dada and talk on the phone!

Dad, Graysen & Gavin

We played with Play-Doh for the first time - WHAT FUN! They both tried to eat it, but finally decided it was more fun to smash!
Gavin

I keep wondering when their obsession with the dishwasher will end...

Since their first tooth, the boys have loved brushing their teeth.
We brush them first and then let the boys "finish!"

Gavin giving Tobi a lesson on the importance of brushing!

Balloons are quickly becoming a favorite toy!

Graysen discovered you can sit on a balloon and bounce - it didn't pop!

Gavin gives it a try too!
This happens quite a bit. They will see each other do something
and decide that looks fun, but I bet I could do it even better!

We went to the county fair and had a lot of fun! We saw cows, horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, and bunnies! We were most excited to see the ducks and most afraid of the chickens!

Graysen & Gavin keeping each other safe!

Moooooooo!

Who knew they also had tractors at the fair! This was a HUGE hit!

Gavin loves wheels and could not believe how bit the tractor wheels were!

Until Mama caught on, it was lots of fun to finish eating first so you could run over and have brother feed you!

We took our first trip to see the Dentist and loved it! Our dentist is amazing and was so great with the boys! They cried, but I think they had a little fun too!

Graysen taking it all in!

Gavin - not too sure about all this!

I had to include this one! We were having fun with boxes...

We went to Little Monkey Business with some of our twin friends, Ali & Dani, we were a little overwhelmed, but had a fun time!
We also went to Fritz's and had our first hamburger from a train!

Gavin climbs the wall!

Graysen loved to spin this toy!

We finally realized the boys aren't "babies" anymore and are finally giving them whole grapes and whole bananas! Lots of fun foods to try!

The laundry hamper is a fun toy around our house!
Gavin and Graysen play with it at least once a day! They love to take the clothes out and will sometimes put them back in!

Graysen & Gavin

I have wanted to get bean bags for the boys since they were born and we finally decided they were big enough. They love to push them around and relax in them!

We also started using a straw, who knew it could be so much fun!

Graysen gives Gavin a sip!

Graysen shows us what hard work a straw can be!

I was so excited about the next pictures! At the beginning of the summer, they boys couldn't get on this toy by themselves. This month they ran right up to it and climbed on for a ride! I was sooooo excited!

They are getting a lot braver and more stable on the playground!

We are loving trains lately, so we had to visit the one in town, to bad we couldn't get inside!

Gavin & Graysen

I have been letting the boys serve themselves applesauce and yogurt, which usually is messy, but goes well - not this time!

Sharing??????

We went to Deanna Rose Farm on the first cool day we had in a while and had a great time!
Both the boys loved this water fountain - Gavin is checking it out!

Gavin & Graysen LOVE trains & had a fun time on this one!

There are mulitiple tractors on the farm and they yelled for each one they saw. At the end of our trip we spent some time playing on this one and had a blast!

We went to a great park in Topeka. It has a train, a carosel and a great playground.
What a fun morning!

Graysen & Gavin pick their seats for the train ride!

Graysen inspects his coin for the train.
The conductor came by to collect our coins, but the boys wanted to keep them!

Gavin figured out the coin and the seat made a lot of noise if you banged them together!

All aboard!

This park has diggers too!!!!!!!!!!
