Who knew there was such a thing as a multiples garage sale! We went to one in KC and did pretty well. As you can imagine, it was CRAZY! It started at 8:00 and when we arrived around 7:20, the crowd was fairly small. We both had to go the bathroom and ran to McDonald's so we would be ready to shop! When we got back at 7:30 there was a HUGE line at the door. We quickly hopped into line and began to strategize. Allison was to head to the bedding section; Mike was going to the stroller and car seat section.
We both had pretty good luck. Allison found two sets of bedding that had never been opened that also had matching curtains and pillows; Mike found a double stroller that we later decided to put back, however, he did find an infant stroller that came highly recommended for super cheap! We attempted to look at clothes, but gave up on that because the whole experience was pretty overwhelming!
We headed to the checkout just before the line got out of control and left the sale around 8:30! We found some great bargains and still had most of our Saturday to enjoy! There is another multiples sale in KC next week that we are planning to attend; we'll keep you posted!
